Islands, Fishies and Monkey Pee

The "islands" are for the four different islands we went to on a longtail boat. The "fishies" are for all the fish we saw snorkeling and off the boat. The "monkey pee", well that is for the monkey that went to the bathroom on Molly.
We joined Marty (from Las Vegas, teaching law in Laos and India, caught surfing for mail-order bride online) who was originally the only other guest at the resort, on a private excursion to go to 4 different islands for snorkeling and swimming. He arranged it all, we just went along. We had our own long tail boat and driver, the hotel made us a to go lunch and we packed up lots of sunscreen and water. I don't remember the names of the islands, except for "Chicken Island" and that is the one that looks like a chicken head and body.
Sometimes we pulled up on the beach, sometimes we anchored off shore and jumped in from the boat. The Thai fish seemed trained. They are looking for treats that tourists usually bring, mainly bread. Long skinny, piper like fish, circled Molly and I like ravens. Small, yellow and black striped fish swam in herds (more like herds than schools) and when you dropped a piece of bread in the water they acted like pyrahnas. We had fun snorkeling, but never found outrageously beautiful coral and sealife. But man, that is the clearest, blue water I have seen!
The last stop was a beach stop. We all napped and ate our lunch and enjoyed an almost private bay. There were caves along the rocks that Molly climbed into and read. I sat on a rock and let the cool water lap over my feet and appreciated the moment of another amazing spot.
The ride back to the long tail boat marina (if you can call it that) was an adventure. The ocean waves had picked up and the boat crashed and rolled at full speed. Water splashed over the sides and into our faces, the anchor went sailing overboard, Molly was near panic level and I was laughing and liking the adventure. The driver slowed and carefully managed the boat until we were closer to land and everybodies nerves were calmed.
Molly is just a bit of a pansy. When a local let her hold a monkey, it immediately started to go the bathroom on her, with pee pee dribbling down on her shirt. She screamed, threw the monkey off her, ran in a few circles and wiped her hands on me! What is with this girl? Of course she was laughing at the same time, but a hysterical laughter:) I got to hold the monkey next and he was totally calm and loving....he was also probably scared to death and I think I felt his little heart racing.
